Chole gravy Recipe

Ingredients
1. 100gms chickpeas
2. 2 onions
3. 1 Tomato
4. 3 tbsp Oil
5. 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
6. 1 tbsp Chili Powder
7. 3 Green chilies
8. Chhole Masala (Everest)
9. Chat masala
10. Turmeric powder
11. Ginger and Garlic paste
12. Salt

Procedure:

1. Soak 100gm of white chickpeas overnight. Cook and keep aside.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil, fry 2 chopped onions till golden brown Add 1 tsp each of chili Powder and Coriander Powder.
3. Add 1 tnsp Chhole masala. Fry for 3 min on a low flame. Add 1 chopped tomato. 3 slit green chilies and ½ inch ginger, finally sliced, and salt to taste
4. Add boiled chickpeas. Add salt, cook for 5 min.For added flavor, put ½ tsp of chaat masala and kasuri methi.Serve hot with rice/Roti
