Indian Recipe-Finger Chips
- 3-4 Potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Pinch of Baking soda
- 4 cups of water
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
- Cut potato into thin long strips.
- Wash the potatoes strips by water
- Take another 4 cups of clean water and deep these strips in to that
- Add the pinch of salt for taste in same container
- Add pinch of Baking soda and pinch of Turmeric powder
- Wait for 15-20 min
- Remove potato strips from water and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Remove, and drain fried potato strips.
- Serve finger chips with tomato ketchup.
