-: Masala Papad :-
- 4 Papads
- 1 Big Onion chopped thinly
- 2 Small Tomatoes Chopped Finely
- 1 tsp red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Chat Masala Powder
- 2 tsp Fresh Cilantro Chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for Deep Frying
- In a mixing bowl add Chopped Onion, Tomatoes, Salt and Fresh Cilantro. Mix well and Keep aside. We can call this mixture as Topping Mixture of Masala Papad.
- Heat up Sufficient Oil in a deep Pan. Fry the Papad as we do regularly
- Sprinkle some red Chili Powder and chat Masala Powder over the Fried Papads.
- Now Spread the Topping of Onion and Tomatoes over the Fried Papads.
- Again Sprinkle some Chat Masala over the Topping applied on Fried Papads.
- Serve Immediately.
Tips:Masala Papad should be served immediately or it becomes soft and Spongy.
